The Hampton Inn JFK presents a rare opportunity to acquire a 216-room select service, non-union, fee simple asset that sits less than 1 mile away from the JFK Airport. The hotel is also situated less than 15 miles from midtown Manhattan, which is accessible by the subway. The proximity of this hotel allows it to capture significant volumes of corporate and leisure travelers, and maintain a 90%+ occupancy year round, even during economic downturn from 2008 to 2010. The hotel will be able to benefit from the $10 billion renovation around JFK and surrounding areas over the next few years.

Built in 2001, the hotel recently went through a full guestroom renovation, and therefore is expecting a relatively small new owners’ capital expenditure investment.
