About this Fund

BV Capital Multifamily Fund I is an opportunistic multifamily real estate investment fund with the goal of producing strong cash flow and achieving high exit prices for superior cash on cash risk adjusted returns. This fund represents a blend of both value-add acquisition investments and ground-up development. Acquisition of existing assets allows us to pay current cash flow while participating in the upside of new development, which doesn't offer immediate cash flow but traditionally produces higher returns.
